João Vidal Carvalho is a post-doctorate in Technologies and Information Systems at the University of Coimbra. He is an associate professor at Porto Accounting and Business School/ Polytechnic University of Porto (Portugal). He has done PhD in Information Systems and Technology from the University of Santiago de Compostela, Master in Information Technology Management from the University of Minho, and Degree in Informatics/Applied Mathematics from the Portucalense University. He was (between 2020 and 2022) the vice-director of the Research Center for Organizational and Social Studies of the Polytechnic of Porto (CEOS.PP). He is an effective member of the Committee for Recognition / Certification of Skills of ISCAP / Polytechnic University of Porto. He is the vice-president of IADITI—International Association for Digital Transformation and Technological Innovation. 

António Abreu is a post-doctorate in Information Technologies and Systems, by the University of Coimbra, Department of Computer Engineering of the Faculty of Sciences and Technology of the University of Coimbra. He is an associate professor at Porto Accounting and Business School/ Polytechnic University of Porto (Portugal). He has done PhD in Software Engineering based on reusable components with human-machine interface applications, by the University of Vigo. He is an integrated researcher of the Research Centre CEOS.PP—Centre for Organizational and Social Studies of the Polytechnic of Porto. Between 2015 and 2018, he was a coordinator of the Professional Higher Technical Courses (CTeSP) of the Higher Institute and Accounting and Administration of Porto (ISCAP) and coordinator for Market Development of the Training Centre and Services Abroad of ISCAP.

Manuel Silva is the dean of Porto Accounting and Business School (ISCAP–IPP). He holds an MD from Porto University in Terminology and Translation and a PhD from the New University of Lisbon in Linguistics. He is a researcher at the R&D Unit CEOS.PP, where he was a former member of the Directive Board. As a researcher he also collaborates with INESC TEC—Institute for Systems and Computer Engineering, Technology and Science—(Associated Laboratory). He is the president of the Executive Committee of the Portuguese Language Centres Association (ReCLes.pt), a member of CERCLES Network, and represents Porto Polytechnic in CARPE Network Coordination Committee. His research interests range from knowledge management and ontology engineering to terminology and translation studies, computational linguistics, localization, ESP, CLIL and e/b-learning. In these domains, he has participated in several national and international projects.

Eusébio Ferreira da Costa graduated in Management Informatics from Universidade Portucalense. He is a coordinating professor at the Escola Superior de Tecnologias de Fafe (ESTF), European Institute of Higher Studies, where he teaches information systems and coordinates the Scientific Area. He was the director and deputy director of ESTF for several years. He is currently the president of the School's Technical-Scientific Council. He has supervised more than a hundred projects in the IS area for industry in the Ave Valley, Sousa Valley, and Basto Region. He has several dozen publications with Scopus indexing in the areas of IS and Educational Technologies. He is a visiting assistant professor at the Higher Institute of Accounting and Administration of Porto, Polytechnic University of Porto, ISCAP/PPorto.

José Alfredo Ferreira Costa is a full professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering at UFRN, with research and interests in Technology and Innovation, Artificial Intelligence and its Impacts of Technology on Society and Digital Law. Graduated in Electrical Engineering from UFRN (August 1992), he also has a specialization (MBA) in Production Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos, SP (July 1996). He also carried out a postdoctoral internship at the University of Manchester, England, between 2009 and 2010. He also holds a degree in Law (UNI-RN, 2015) with a specialization in Administrative Law from UFRN (January/2018) and in Digital Law and Compliance from IBMEC/DAMÁSIO (January/2020). He participates in departmental chambers and the Technology Center. He participated in the Chamber of People Management at UFRN between 2015 and 2020.
