Dirk Brand is an extraordinary senior lecturer at the School of Public Leadership, Stellenbosch University, South Africa, and an independent legal consultant. He holds the following degrees: BComm, LLB, LLM (European Union Law), and LLD (Constitutional Law). He has published various articles and book chapters on constitutional law, AI and law, privacy, and international relations in publications in South Africa, Germany, Italy, Austria, and the USA.

Doris Dialer is Attachée for Health and Consumer Affairs at the Permanent Representation of Austria to the EU in Brussels, Belgium. In 2020/21, she was responsible for EU, WHO, International and Socio-Political Affairs in the Cabinet of the Austrian Minister for Social Affairs, Health Care, and Consumer Protection. She is an associate lecturer at the Centre International de Formation Européenne (CIFE) and a founding member of the "Innsbruck Center for European Research" (ICER).

Annegret Eppler is a German political scientist and legal scholar, as well as an EU and multi-level researcher. She is a professor of Public Law at the University of Kehl, Germany, and holds a Jean Monnet Chair in EU Integration Studies. Previously, she worked at the Department of Political Science at the University of Innsbruck, Austria, and at the Department of Political Science at the University of Tübingen, Germany. She studied political science and law at the University of Tübingen and the University of Leuven, Belgium. Annegret Eppler works comparatively on federalism, parliamentarism, and legitimacy as well as on dynamics in multi-level systems.

Andreas Pattar is a professor of Administrative Law, in particular Social Security Law, at the Kehl University of Public Administration (Germany) since 2009, after studying Law and Islamic Studies from 1994 to 2004 and working as a judge from 2005 to 2009. He has been the dean of Studies of the PMIC Master's program in Kehl since 2021.
