Tomohiko Ohta is a professor at St. Marianna University Graduate School of Medicine. He was the first to show that RING finger motif was responsible for ubiquitin E3 ligase activity, and subsequently found that one of such protein, BRCA1, was an E3 ligase. He graduated St. Marianna University School of Medicine in 1985, received his PhD from the university in 1991, and had acted as a surgeon in the university hospital until 2010. He was professor at graduate school of the university since 2010, where his interest has been focusing on basic breast cancer research including BRCA1. His awards include the award from Japanese Breast Cancer Society, Tokyo Biochemical Research Foundation and Kobayashi Foundation for Cancer Research.

Hiroji Iwata is Vice Director and Chief of Breast Oncology at Aichi Cancer Center Hospital, He is also a Clinical Professor at Nagoya City University Medical School. He is an author of over 200 publications on a wide range of subjects inthe treatment of early stage and metastatic breast cancer. He is a director of Breast Cancer Study Group in Japan Clinical Oncology Group (JCOG), a steering committee member in many global clinical trials. He was a president of Japan Breast Cancer Society annual meeting (2020) and is a president of 21th Japanese Society of Medical Oncology (JSMO) annual meeting in 2024.

Nao Suzuki is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Marianna University School of Medicine, Kanagawa, Japan since 2011. He established the Japan Society for Fertility Preservation in 2012 and the Asian Society for Fertility Preservation in 16 countries in Asia in 2016. He is the President of the International Society for Fertility Preservation from 2023/1 till 2024/12. The gynecologic oncologist, who is the patient's primary caregiver, should perform fertility-sparing surgery with a complete understanding not only of ART and FP but also of preconception care and social issues. Therefore, as a board member of the Asian Society of Gynecologic Oncology, he organized the Special Task Force, Fertility Preservation in Gynecologic Oncology and share country-specific differences and cultural competencies. His wish is to improve CAYA cancer survivorship not only in Asia but also in the world so that patients can fight cancer with hope.
