Olivier Serrat is involved in environmental peacebuilding research at Georgetown University. His forthcoming work, Anthropogenic Solutions for Climate Change: Achieving Environmental Peace, reflects his commitment to addressing global issues through a multidisciplinary lens. His publications include Leading Organizations of the Future: A New Framework (2023), Digital Solutions: Reframing Leadership (2023), Leading Solutions: Essays in Business Psychology (2021), Knowledge Solutions: Tools, Methods, and Approaches to Drive Organizational Performance (2017), and Learning in Development (2010). Olivier produced Guidelines for Knowledge Partnerships (2011) and ADB: Reflections and Beyond (2010). Additionally, he has written Mere Words, These: 32 Poems in Free Verse (2023) and Flash Fiction: 22 Very Short Stories (2022). From 2008 to 2012, Olivier spearheaded knowledge management at the Asian Development Bank, where he had previously contributed to policy, strategy, programs, and projects, among other roles.

Olivier's expertise encompasses environmental management, independent evaluation, information and communications technology, knowledge management, organizational effectiveness, policy formulation, project design, project implementation, public relations, and strategic planning. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Kent, a master's degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of London, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Currently, Olivier is a doctoral candidate in Liberal Studies at Georgetown University, where he explores the intersection of cultural, international, philosophical, political, and social concepts in a global context.
