Toby Bolsen is a Professor of Political Science at Georgia State University. His research focuses on the study of political communication, preference formation, political behavior, and U.S. energy and climate policy. Dr. Bolsen holds a B.A. in Social Science from Eastern Illinois University, an M.A. in Political Science from Southern Illinois University, and a PhD in Political Science from Northwestern University. Bolsen has received the Outstanding Faculty Achievement Award from Georgia State
