Prof. Hee Young Kim received his Ph. D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in 1998. From 1999 to 2001 he was a research associate in the Graduate School of Engineering at Kyoto University. In 2001,he became an assistant professor at Tohoku University.
