Hila Shamir is a Professor of Law at Tel-Aviv University Faculty of Law. Shamir teaches and researches in the fields of Employment, Labour, Immigration, and Welfare Law with a focus on issues of labor trafficking, and feminist legal thought. Shamir has taught at Cornell Law School, UC Berkeley, and Harvard University. Shamir received two European Research Council (ERC) grants. The first was provided to pursue research on a Labor Approach to Human Trafficking and is the PI of TraffLab
