Selim Gürgen is an associate professor of the Department of Aeronautical Engineering at Eskisehir Osmangazi University, Eskisehir, Turkey. He is the director of the Eskisehir Vocational School. Before his academic life, he worked as a manufacturing engineer in a joint venture of KMWE-Dutch Aero, the Netherlands. He contributed to several industrial and research projects in collaboration with major organizations such as Turkish Aerospace Industries, Fiat Automotive Industry and Turkish Air Force.
